I was then 4 out of 5 stars because I, the software and its features though was very good as well experienced entrepreneurs, however, with the advertisement of the WISO-people ("Specially entrepreneur without business education are with WISO My office wise") my problems had. I then headlined my evaluation with "no prior knowledge is nothing."
I can see that even today this way. Although WISO MY OFFICE 2015 SPECIAL EDITION provides an instantly easy to understand software for the savvy entrepreneur and in accounting and fiscal matters well versed, the significant reduction in workload in daily accounting jungle guaranteed. Young entrepreneurs must nevertheless be left once purely fumble in the administrative levels of their incoming and outgoing orders, deliveries, cash flows, etc. The creation of articles, prospects, customers, suppliers, clients, etc. claimed nunmal time (unless you have only an item for sale and only a single client).
I got delivered the CD box. The printed in the cover note "it's this easy next" can be taken literally:
1. Insert the CD, installation will start automatically (Windows Vista or higher version is required on the computer).
2. Enter your personal guarantee number (consists of five numeric / number blocks, also printed inside the envelope).
3. Register the software in order to use full functionality.
Umm ... point 3 is again the old game of Buhl (distributor WISO this application). Similar Lexware and the other remaining suspects also Buhl wants as soon as possible draw customers into the subscription trap. For a product, from which you still do not know when they buy, whether it is in the personal user situation ever needed proving to months as useful / helpful /. I find such a thing - sorry, I use this word for the first time in a review - shit. Especially prove the following module functions even on the top as a co-payment agrees (I explain unspecified; you can reference to the terminology well their advanced feature already present):
3.75 EUR per month: order
3.75 EUR per month: bearing
2,50 EUR per month: Data
2,50 EUR per month: Banking
2,50 EUR per month: Marketing
2,50 EUR per month: Designer
3.75 EUR per month: Production
3.75 EUR per month: Outlook
2,50 EUR per month: Datev
3.75 EUR per month: ebay
3.75 EUR per month: Webshop
5,00 EUR per month: work +
5,00 EUR per month: Company +
2,50 EUR per month: Scheduler
3.75 EUR per month: Amazon
3.75 EUR per month: Projects
5,00 EUR per month: prospects
It is sometimes an open question whether these supplements duty must be real. That one for multiple licenses and for use of the software in a number of companies also additional money must shell out, is still appreciated. But many of the additional modules are used me like a rip-off before and somehow contradicts the in my naive idea with, for which the ZDF-WISO editorship is otherwise: seriousness.
Anyway: Who will start a small business or freelancing or acting with little invoicing effort comes vernutlich first with the basic variant completely out. From a purely subjectively the new WISO is not to use other than my time used the 2011 version. Only the graphical appearance has been spiced up with a bit of color. The handling of the user interface has remained simple:
There is a left menu bar, where you essentially navigated (after the master data application) through offers, orders, delivery notes and invoices. And there is a lower menu bar in which one triggers an action essentially (eg create a new account and taking into filing system). Further, for example, provides the theme block "Finance" (left menu bar) useful databases in the form of, inter alia, open item lists or pre-tax evaluations. A sales Expensive clarification is created so quickly, for example. If you have purchased the above paid Datev module: from order to the tax office. Otherwise, put it in their "pendulum Folder" (by that name) and thus over a tax adviser.
In conclusion I would say that WISO 2015 round stable running, well stated and solid product. Only the above mentioned subscription trap and the "yet-more-carbon-making" (co-payment paid extra modules) left a bitter aftertaste. I forgive 4 stars.
