Remote extremely annoying

The basic functions of the device are, as far as I've already tried, all ok.
But what annoys me is quite the operation, everything runs in slow motion.
Sometimes it takes almost 10 seconds (!!!) until after you press the button opens the channel list.
To open Text, I have often twice the corresponding key and then wait, wait, wait ....

Normally I would have the unit if these quirks already sent back unless the combination of twin tuner and Blu-ray players would be so hard to find in this price range.
