The keyboard itself perfectly to my expectations, I am really excited :) The pads are really nickel. In addition to the double bank, they can be also used in "cc" on live it helps to have pads but not 2x8 4x8!
The keyboard (well where there's notes) is tight, attention to fat fingers, but I am not fully pianist it suits me.
The 8 knobs perform their proper function, too bad there was not a second bank at this level. But for use on Live or FL Studio they extend well on ViaMichelin definition of the assigned parameter and do not seem "too" fragile.
The gadget like Arpegiator, bah I not use it but it is quite full, a lot of possible settings.
The full Level is handy to not have to type like a nag on the pads, being able to change the program with the pads too, and joystique I ever really had a chance yet to test it, but basic it serves Pitch and may also be useful to control a parameter in a modulation x, y.
Otherwise here is summary for this mini Akai MKII is a compendium of many useful tools for mao, if you are beginner in this field I really advice you, if not for those who are concerned about the mobility is small and light, and filled its functions :)
