Ricardo Villalobos has his LP Dependent And Happy divided into 3 vinyl records. The tracks, which by 4/4 cycles and 125 - run 127 beats per minute, boast extremely many synthesizers, as usual Ricardo by previous publications. Ricardo, the Techno pilot the noughties relies on many small, especially distinctive sounds that make the tracks sound very harmonious. It does not recognize until after the full album heard of, that producer was at work here. His unique sound, noise, sounds, vibes and of course last but not least its distinctive groove to thank one hears very clearly: this is due to Ricardo Villalobos.
His love and passion for music, the search for what will probably be the future yet possible, the attentive listener can learn on this LP. It makes it an incomparable and also Distinctive. 14 tracks including the LP, where 3 tracks were produced in collaboration with Max Loderbauer (which though not necessarily among the highlights of this record). All items are melancholic interconnected ears magic and bring the listener to melt away. Its characterized by synthesizer and compressors ideas make rain showers, thunderstorms and Zerklirren an instrument which will be completed on the whole, however, always to smoothen rounding. Tones that are displayed acoustically within seconds and suddenly disappear, you can often recognize only when re-hearing. Through his music experience is Ricardo Villalobos one of the leading jazz-tech house producer worldwide, with it under Villalobos connoisseurs probably goes without saying that he is not really to subordinate in a specific genre.
This LP is one of the most essential plates in 2012 appeared on the techno / house market. So my part, be seen as a strong buy recommendation:
5 of 5 stars + crown decorated with diamonds.
