The seasoning seems to be an art ... I'll have it again or as I continue ... It is not easy to preserve. Yet it has hardly seen any water outside the products to be cooked, my stove ... It's still a good product, well done to last. Even with a lack of seasoning, a hot frying pan like the do not catch ... The only concern is that we must ultimately (in my point of early rest) fat. Olive oil is used for this, the hot butter too quickly.
For information that is not to my knowledge here, the diameter of 24 is the outside of the pan. The bottom is 17. We cooked two steaks there but you have to forget the prime rib over 900g (4cm thick) that will fit more!
