Alex Delaware, the psychologist who is known for several novels, as his friend Detective Milo Sturgis. This book is about the sisters Cherrie and Constance, the fighting over custody of Cherries daughter. Delaware is to hear the case for the benefit of the child and is threatened at the very beginning of the book of Constance that tackles even an assassin for him. Then happen several murders, and Cherrie disappears with her child. Has she committed the murders? Kellerman writes fluent and entertaining, but it remains the plot getting stuck in deliberations and discussions; there is quite no voltage on, and the solution is very constructed and hardly convincing.
