The dimensions of the flipchart area with 65cm width have not irritated me, because I thought it was the lettered as a whiteboard surface and it would circulate a frame, so the usual measure of flipchart paper would be achieved with 68cm width. Instead, the paper now extends laterally over the chart area beyond. When inscribing this is a bit strange. But if I have to drive the flip chart several times around, I of course also reach the edge of the chart, while the paper is easily damaged.
When hanging the paper blocks then the next trouble: Two screws with approx M6 thread and plastic screws to to keep the block on the sub-standard holes. Since there is no terminal apparatus as usual. I gladly would have paid here for a reasonable quick clamping device a few euros more.
But a flip chart on roll stand with such clamping is much more expensive and now so much I did not want to invest.
The specified amount of flip chart of 100cm should vote and consequently fit blocks with 99cm height on the chart area. Unfortunately, the bottom edge of the paper met with the two screws that hold the writing medium tray is attached. And thereby launched the paper curls like a too long curtain at the window. Or you put the excess paper using the two screws. The cause is probably that to eifach guessed attachment of paper block leads to the mentioned two M6 screws that screw in the usual large Papierlochung located at the top and not centrally. It lacks a sleeve over the screw, said sleeve should have approximately the diameter of the hole.
Then I wanted to show the lateral arms to the sides still attach charts. But there is nothing to unfold for example by hinge: Instead, a very strong spring loaded pin of approximately 3 mm diameter must be pressed hard to pull the side arm from another square tube out and then laterally to insert this tube in flat. Spontaneously within a lecture, this is impossible and you can be sure of compassion of the audience! The spring is so strong that you need mechanical aids to push the securing bolt can. In addition, it is a game of skill, because the pin is rounded and smooth chrome. So you are constantly slipping off!
The sheet metal trough, into which one can place the Schrebgerät, is made of thin sheet metal and ends laterally without beading or the like. If someone would plunge against this edge, unnecessarily strong injuries are possible.
On the back of the chart face considerable workmanship. Since the surface coating was damaged, partly scratched and it found itself at the edge around distributed residues of adhesive. Even to a metal part the paint had pimples caused by foreign bodies in the paint.
Since I need the flipchart before Christmas and between Festttagen, I can not afford the return and the only reason I keep the part. Let's see how the manufacturers / distributors behaves when me to write him about the problem points. In this case, I write here again, of course something.

Addendum on 18/12. (Only 1 day after the above review):
Oh miracle! There are him still, the really good customer service!
Due to a heavy workload, I wanted the seller, which is also the manufacturer contact today. He came before me by phone. In a very friendly conversation, we first found an extremely obliging solution. Then we discussed again in detail the problem points of the product. I had this impression, to be taken seriously with my concerns. The criticisms are now to be fixed in a newer version.
Mir has this behavior and this service so much that I've met two decisions:
1) I have rated the product together with the now experienced service and the customer-friendliness and come instead to two stars now four.
2.) I will keep in mind the product and if the improved successor product comes out, I would be interested to buy it!
In sum, therefore, saw 4 stars.
