The plane comes in untreated state. Ie oils only once and let it rest. Then the first attempt with cucumber quickly done. The device is easy to clean. For herb it is recommended to the heads to districts. There are of course only a cutting width but the fits cabbage and cucumber salad. Be careful with your fingers! Overall, highly recommended for the money!
