The material that I received was very poor. All metal parts (screws, nuts, iron bars, plates) were rusted upon receipt of the truck! But the seller responds well! He sent me a free second own carriage as a whistle! By cons, no key can not tighten the wheel fixing screws; forced to tighten by hand. I've already lost!
