Samsung is leading the market in a new direction !!!

I am not a professional photographer nor do I have to test options or experience the camera scientifically! For all those who I can speak English but only recommended the review of EOSHD. However, it mainly refers to the video capabilities of NX1. I still wanted to get rid of my opinion:

First of all, I have not purchased the camera on Amazon, but from another dealer because Amazon not f / 2.0-2.8 has offered S lens and the Battery Grip the bundle with the more expensive 16-50mm. However, as I Amazon- a "regular customer" am I wanted to publish a review here.

In summary:

The camera feels very well made and fits comfortably in your hand. The screen and the viewfinder are both at a high level and react very quickly. The user interface is designed simple and structured and you find your way quickly, without having to read the manual.

The quality of the pictures in my opinion is very good, the resolution is quite high with 28MP and you get good details. However, this is that you have to use an appropriate lens, which is sharp enough to be able to use the 28MP fully applies. (Eg the S-lenses or the 85mm f / 1.4, the kit lens at Amazon unfortunately is not among them)
The camera is shooting in a position 15 frames per second, but I personally need and use it hardly.

In low-light areas of the NX1 is ok, but you can not expect a full-frame camera, or even a Sony A7S. Images up to ISO 3200 in my opinion, have enough detail and relatively little noise. When video is for me but even at ISO 1600 Final!

The video quality is stunning. One can 1080p video at up to 120fps record (the camera can record with 60fps 0.5x slow motion and 30fps with 0.25x slow motion), you can UHD and Cinema 4K record. The number of details, which you can get by with the 4K slams about every other camera and even almost reaches the RED EPIC zoom (only with regard to details). However, rolling shutter is at UHD and 4K quite noticeable, but when you consider that the camera internal 6.5k video and to UHD or 4K down-scaled, then you can safely ignore it. However, one must bear in mind that the codec uses the NX1 (H.265) is not really supported, but produced wonderful small files.

Connectivity via smartphone, internet via WiFi, and much more work in my opinion, very good.

The autofocus during video is also very good, comparable to the 70D Canon, and even works with 120fps.
Autofocus is fast and accurate for photos, in areas with low light, it may happen that it takes a little longer. After the new firmware update but has since improved a lot, which brings me to my main theme and the title of this review:

Samsung has already released a few weeks after the release of the first firmware update and a few days ago now the successor (firmware 1.2)

The changes are stunning and it turns out that Samsung really responds to feedback from users of the NX1. I myself am a member of a NX1-user Facebook group has already contacted with what Samsung and asked for feedback. This is something I have experienced in almost any other camera manufacturers (yes I point especially to Canon and Nikon).

If the NX1 perfect? Certainly not. But one you're looking for a good camera for photos and videos, then there are far nothing better in this price range. :)
