the bands have arrived today, just unpacked, and included during the evening training.
First of all I must say that the rubber-bands meet my expectations so far fully.
red gymnastics ribbon is broken after just 30 seconds at the first running exercise. I have to say that there was no contact with sharp knew or similar.
can sometimes happen, I think to myself, nodes on the cracked body bound and further trained. A few seconds later the next bang and the second crack at a new location.
well, maybe liegts on the exercise and I urge the belt too much, so tied to the second node and change the exercise, this time with less strain on the tape.
Long story short, it's ripped me a third time, then I gave up. the blue ribbon appears to be somewhat more stable, but I had no real wish to try this.
These are my first unfortunately negative experiences, I hope the remaining bands keep their promise.
