Had bought more than 8 years ago on 03/06/2004 for 85.95 this torque wrench (Proxxon Micro-Click 200 / S) and now had my first problem with this torque wrench. The handle turned with thus an accurate set of torque was no longer possible. I use this torque wrench mainly to change my summer and winter tires on my car and therefore assemble my bike rims when changing tires in very little money. The torque wrench was actually still like new and too valuable to throw away so I phoned on 18.09.2012 with Mr. Wagner from Proxxon Central Service in pine and told him my problem. He told me, however, that the device, when the handle rotates was no longer to fix me to him unfree sending and he check if a free exchange would be possible. So I sent a defective torque wrench on 20.09.2012 and received on 24.09.2012 a new torque wrench in exchange (newer model), a gesture of goodwill because the guarantee had long since expired. In the newer model, however, the change from right to left through the thread by pressing the square drive and key contact, no longer there. Conclusion: Fair service, quickly and easily!
