Sharp and ultralight knife

I had discovered in a grocery store. It is one of the cheapest from the Windmill Program. Cost: just under 11 euros. Through the wooden handle it is pleasant in the hand and also looks appealing.

Carrots, kiwis and even tomatoes are peeled and clean cut since the blade is thin and perfectly sharp. Even when cutting of rolls you get a super clean cut, without squeezing it. That had geschaft no other knife in my kitchen.
But the super thin blade is just very sensitive. If you press the blade from the side down, can quickly arise a bump. Here it is precisely fitted, carefully handle the knife. Then you have long joy with it.

The sharpness remains relatively long. For resharpening I'll use a sharpening steel, when the time comes.
