I ordered A5 paper, but what sent A4 paper. I needed the A5 paper by a specific date and to exchange would not work due to the time. This company refused to refund the purchase price and shipping costs for a mistake thatthey made. They only Offered to refund the purchase price or send the correct A5 paper. I finally accepted the A5 paper Because Their terrible customer service was making it impossible to arrive at a good solution.
Do not trust this company! Do not expect thatthey want to do the right thing When They make a mistake! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
