Customer Review

For over six months I am working to create a better decision with the telephoto lens, because me my Tamron 70-300 is no longer satisfied. My main photo subjects are birds or squirrels in the open countryside and auto racing. Since large prime lenses are very expensive and I want at least a little zoom range, I decided on the candidates mentioned above. I searched for comparative testing of the sigmoid colon, but found only reports that one rather the 50-500 to pick up, because there is a better focus motor would be installed (which I noticed no difference) and the image quality of the 50-500 would be better but we should take a little more money in hand rather to the Canon to buy 100-400.
So I just ordered all three lenses and a Fufifilm HS50 as these (theoretically) comes with a focal length of 1000mm even minimal closer to the birds.

I now have from about 9.5 meters away, my 25cm long Formula 1 Ferrari, freehand (because it matters to me also on the stability) and snapped in sunshine. Anfokussiert I always Shell logo in the middle of the vehicle. The photos show the respective maximum focal length of the lenses. I have tried several diaphragms and me each appearing at the sharpest packed into the photo comparison.

For me it is not clear why the Canon 100-400 is so touted. Apart from the other Zoomart (which is getting used to but faster than, the stiff sigmoid colon), the image quality is crucial for me and I think that each can be seen how much sharper the Sigma 150-500 is at maximum focal length, which for me the decisive purchasing criterion. When comparing photo is 100% crops of each photo.

As the Sigma 150-500 is still the best, I have invested the savings directly to the Fuji HS 50. Even if she is not so keen, it may still be taken and much easier than my Canon 600 with battery grip and the Sigma 150-500 making together about 3kg. Whereby these 3Kg let borne by the pan handle, or the extra-strap, that can be mounted on the tripod handle, much better than the true 600g lighter Canon 100-400 with its stub handle.
