It really comes daily to implement Protal regime of Dr. Dukan, besides the recipes are easy and often quick to prepare. They can be used for the whole family that will be offered dishes of vegetables and starchy foods to accompany during meals.
Be careful though, only one criticism, the indiscriminate use of aspartame (chemical sweetener) with all the dangers that we know today (go on the net). For my part, I opted for the no sugar when possible and use a natural sweetener, Stevia, for making recipes where the sweet taste is required.
