I had gained the Instrumental Sampler "Shrill Potpourri" Haindling some time ago, because I am more a fan of his title without singing. Even here I was very impressed by this imaginative and soothing music. The selection covered the period from the first album from to 1992. "Instrumental International" now connects directly, ranging from 1993 by 2011. The title sounds remarkably modern and a bit less quirky, but still exhibit this unique combination of Bavarian folk music, jazz, pop, classical and meditation music with world music to share. The sound of the CD is clear and transparent, the piano, the more than before is in use here, pearls downright out of the speakers. However, the instruments are not forgotten, for me they are absolutely necessary for the overall sound, also are also taking us back acoustic guitars and of course used a lot of percussion instruments. The individual pieces are mostly created very relaxed, sometimes sunny, summery ("Quiet Vuvuzela", "Haindling summer theme 1 and 2"), sometimes spherical ("Still in orbit"), sometimes meditative ("conditions for a relaxation", " Fango soul ") or majestic (" Danube hymn "). How and whatever, it's always music for the soul, imaginatively arranged and somehow just wonderful.
