The scratch ton is well made on the first glance. Inside are 3 floors. The bottom and the middle are connected through a hole. the upper is individually by themselves. On top of a padded edge and around the holes is just as well. Otherwise, the barrel is covered with sisal. Unfortunately, I realized that the passage is not well dressed (down the middle). From above a piece of fur is off, this is not completely up to the plate, and thus has a sharp edge in the scratching post and steadily trickles as chips from the cutting area. Unfortunately, for that there are withdrawal. Otherwise the scratch ton looks very solid. At the central aperture a little mouse is attached, which has taken my cat immediately in fog, and after 1 minute, the mouse was then demolished. That does not flow into my review, because it had to happen now times.
Since my cat is quite large and heavy, I have tricked the very bottom a couple of sand cushion. Is not absolutely necessary, but I'm not so worried. I've just bought and I hope that the longer persevere as this unfortunately inferior become scratching posts.
For a better idea of size, I would like to mention that my cat from sternum to pelvis is about 40 cm long and fits so it diagonally just above. I'll tell because there still are those in small tonne.
