Sleeves much too short, the neckline a bit tight

Very nice fit and material very well feels on the skin (very soft) and a shirt with really good fit:
BUT:
The sleeves are clear to me too short! They range just to above the wrists, as they are drawn long. When moving they slip even higher.

The neck is a little bit tight. With a hair clip / hair piled high I am not come through (Ok, you do not have in front of tightening then yes high stuck ... but at other Funtionsshirts I have this problem, because the neck as stretchable is and not quite so tight).

The shirt is well made but.

For thermal power, I can not say anything because my sleeves were already clearly too short and I must therefore return the sleeve.
