I am excited about the Lurch Flexi cutting boards. I bought it to me, because if I had vegetable snipped small and slide this into the pan often wanted something besides fell. With the Flexi boards garkein problem more, one takes up the board, it bends slightly, thus forming a guide channel. It no longer falls beside the pan or pot, which has just extremely annoyed me with chopped onion or garlic, they pick again and then possibly still burn at the Herplatte.
A further advantage is the rubber coating on the underside. The Board adheres perfectly on the working surface and slip no cm, which greatly facilitates the work. Rinsing is easy, residues can be removed easily.
Ansich only a small difference in the kitchen, but it always gives me anew when cooking pleasure. I can recommend the Flexi boards each.
