And may I say the following, this lamp here has nothing in common in common with the old LED bulb bygone days ... but we sometimes directly to the items you I liked:
Speaking in the lamp insert the test fully charged "AmazonBasics eneloops", whereby the result may be different from the operation's MIGHT Alkaline.
[POSITIVE]:
#### [Brightness]:
- Firefly (0,5lm) ->
Although the Firefly mode limited to the use, in fact more likely to read a book or reading a map at stock gloomy and adapted to the dark eyes, but certainly it is for one or two campers useful.
- Low (12LM) ->
In my opinion the most versatile mode it provides both a medium bright day like today, a slight improvement and is at night, the mode will be most useful, something that had given me at the beginning but worry because I still thought that an "intermediate thing" would be appropriate between 12169lm because I thought one was too dark and the other to light.
None the 12LM should be quite enough for all that.
- High (169lm) ->
Extremely bright and even in day, really hard to say what this mode is best suited to a maximum at night a fairly large room (this lamp compared to Ti3 a larger viewing angle has) to brighten outside, for the interior of the apartment is easily enough at least for me the 12LM mode.
#### [Light color / beam angle]:
- Angle:
As compared to Ti I only Ti3 therefore the comparison between the two models is limited.
The Ti has a wider viewing angle than the Ti3 and the rectangular shape of the LED can be guessed less in Ti3 than in the Ti.
The beam has in the Ti3 a central spot and to the sides is a little different is the situation in the Ti.
Although this a central spot has in principle also, however, in this, the course towards more even to the sides, the spot itself only something fails less bright than in the Ti3 (overall, the Ti brighter, but at the Ti It is however emitted large-scale)
- Light color:
The light color I was afraid, because of a green cast reads but here and there of me an absolute spike would have been in the eye, but with me not the case and of the color of her take with me the Ti3 (CW) and the Ti (CW) is not much, possibly has the Ti3 a possibly minimal colder light.
So does either have both lamps a not visible for me greenish or but neither does it.
Whether it is something like a Serienstreung with greenish tint problem and how big that is, this I can not say for lack of several Ti's.
#### [Processing / haptics]:
- TOP
... At least in my opinion, nothing jerky thread is very smooth and well-greased (though not as smooth as that of Ti3), it slips nothing, it's all well trimmed, the clip depends really nice penalty on the lamp (clear better than the Ti3) where I have to say that the "grip ribbing" in Ti3 little more grip but has not significantly more.
#### [Operation]:
Each one starts in the Firefly mode and turns each to the next higher level of brightness, the principle is as follows:
Zudrehen....Firefly...Aufdrehen...AUS...Zudrehen....Low_12LM...Aufdrehen...AUS...Zudrehen...HIGH_169lm.
If we make it twice quickly on the other so you get to the strobe.
The "pseudo-memory mode" does not impact on the same level of brightness light up if the last connection between 2-10Sek back is so far from being a "real" memory mode
If the lamp is longer than ten seconds from so you start again in the Firefly mode.
#### [NEGATIVE]:
- Solely the price you could possibly behave as a negative point because not much worse processed (apart from the looser fitting the clip) about the same corpse Tung ability to light sets as the older Ti3-sister which in addition has the advantage of better heat dissipation due to the aluminum case, otherwise would not occur to me, so everyone needs to know itself.
For me in the end was the higher abrasion resistance (especially on a keychain important) to grab the decisive point for Ti Titanium because the black anodizing will not last particularly long at the Ti3.
#### [Packing]:
From the packaging to both Ti and Ti3 receive nothing, both coming in the same metallic silver can therefore, being in Ti3 only a white Pappschüber with barcode on the back and everything was held at the Ti "Christmas Red".
Inside the same building where the foam is somewhat coarser pores than the Ti, but if interested something? ;)
In "Accessories" the same, both have a replacement seal this and a keychain carabiner, whereby this must pinch with a "snap ring / terminal" in the hole.
Made for me a very delicate and not very robust impression why I resorted to a key ring of an old "Victorinox Classic", which acts in total significantly safer.
! NOTE !: My criticism on this point refers merely to the link for attaching the otherwise very robust out end carabiner.
Speaking of which ... The manual is in both in English which although is absolutely irrelevant for me, for one or the other but not just might be so.
However, the lamp is basically "self-explanatory" if one disregards the hidden "strobe" mode.
