The coupling between transmitter and receiver is very simple. Plug and Play in this case is the motto. Quick batteries plugged into the transmitter, plugged in the cable to the transmitter and you're good to go.
Only the somewhat excessive noise has the otherwise great impression sometimes clouded, but for the price, the performance is perfectly fine.
The microphone boom are flexible and adapt to each head to (I say it this way, although I do not know all the heads). The reception gave us about 12 meters without annoying background noises or loud "creak" (in enclosed spaces).
Price and performance are worth 5 stars, but the noise was marred only a bit the overall impression, which given the price but is bearable.
From me a strong buy recommendation, if it is to be good and not too expensive.
