The only drawback are the roles. They should probably ensure that the chair does not roll away when no one is sitting on it. Besides the fact that I know of no agency that has such a crooked floor, I can roll that chairs of itself rid not imagine that this works at a carpet. On my floor (floor mat on Lam. Parquet) I usually feel that at least one or more roles block.
It sits very well on it. The height is easy to adjust and I think this even by about 3 - 5 cm is higher than in my previous office chair.
