The footbed tells me, unfortunately, not so on, do not find it convenient, but hard.
The shoes also lyres latest from after a few months, that is, you have to make the belt more closely.
Until now, I did not take any positive experiences with Birkenstock. Durability has always been only max. 3 year olds.
If you wear the shoes just sitting and not for all the work of everyday life in the home they would probably keep longer. That never kneel.
Best of all were my 08/15-Noname shoes, they held more than 15 years!
Another pair Birkenstock I will probably not test, but to switch to other manufacturers.
Customer Service are available at Birkenstock unfortunately not - the first pair, which unfortunately went out of warranty at the sole broken could not be repaired or replaced directly by Birkenstock or which would have been the fastest / cheapest way would be ... I been switched on referenced trade. About Birkenstock it would have been only possible with costs to the Repair. The dealer then had the pleasure to rebroadcast it. I think that's unnecessary costs imposed on the trade and I (multiple travel expenses). After a few weeks then I got a call from the dealer, if I want the money or new shoes as well repair was not possible apparently.
The sticking point for the shoes is so the safety and well both to each other weakens the sole / Cork or bonding at the latest after a few years and you complain about it or have to stick to itself.
All in all I faltered 1-2 stars. Deductions So for safety, quality / long-term experience, convenience and lack of customer service.
