The scope of delivery corresponds to the price, unfortunately; in the cardboard box is neither a purse, nor a sun visor. The latter is expected to cost more than 15% of the lens price in addition, I feel already as quite rude. However, it is unfortunately no exception in the current Olympus range.
The build quality and appearance is good despite generous use of plastic. The latter benefits the sensationally low weight. So you can sometimes take a relaxed 2-3 lenses separately.
The imaging performance are impeccable. Also the auto focus makes mostly very good, captures in low light but sometimes even pretty to pumping. Overall, I find measured not to complain too much on price, but still find myself repeatedly doing, as I squint at the (5 times as expensive) Pro lens with continuous 2.8er panel. When MFT sensor size matters for nice cropping now times on each f-stop, and in that respect breaks this lens unfortunately no records.
CONCLUSION
Good, nice light Standard lens that can certainly also use and maintain. For the price you can not go far wrong and technically you get more than many at the price might actually expect. Due to the policy of Olympus accessories and because it somehow can not really excite me anyway, I give only four stars.
