Have the pan now in continuous operation with me. For me a very good universal pan which meets all requirements. It lies perfectly in the hand, is not too heavy, but still quite solid. Those who observe the instructions (on heating, maintenance and especially scratches on ceramic hob issue), has I think a long time pleasure. I especially like the thick soil that retains heat very well. All in all I think is a top offer for the claim of a cheap and yet very high quality non-stick pan for general purpose use or for cooking beginners, as long as one has no Idnuktionsfeld.
