After reading some Amazon reviews it was clear that there is a Sandisk player. After I had looked around even in the official forum for Sansa Clip I was convinced and ordered the part.
The positives:
- Supports more formats than the usual price (MP3, secure WMA, Audible, Ogg Vorbis, FLAC and WAV)
- Radio, the built-in FM tuner has a very good reception and station presets
- Recording, it I actually had not been much, but the Qualitär is excellent (16bit / 22kHz PCM unkompriertes wav). You can easily record an entire room. Very well suited for interviews (quality sufficient for sending). You can record using the function also radio broadcasts.
- Bookmarking, the player remembers where you left off with an audio book to listen. Even if you have heard in the meantime music.
- Administration, just copy the files in the folder corr (MUSIC, AUDIO BOOKS, PODCASTS, etc.) or use software to your own taste..
The negatives:
- Navigation, the player is fully loaded the scroll wheel one wishes for the iPod
- Sound Quality after I'm used to clear and rich sound from the iPod is the sound of the clip rather disappointing. He sounds slightly muffled, with the EQ you can readjust, but that also costs an extra battery life. For the price of the clip, the sound is fine, however.
All in all an absolutely recommendable MP3 player. It is well made, looks so high, is lightweight and the 8GB * get you some as.
8GB is, as with memory manufacturers now common, 8 billion bytes. The actual capacity is therefore 7,6GB.
