As Bronson says in his book, the first thing to do is to trust, the book is intended for those who have not the courage, the will or desire to train in the gym. You are shy? Complexed? No worries, take a towel and follow the workouts, with practice they become very effective, approved by a comrade moult mastering martial art and leading daily. But it should also loves to train and simply wants a clean program, and a new lifestyle, because it he plays the Bronson. To do this you will long pages explaining what to eat, how to defecate and how to clean your intestines. It seems grotesque said like that, it is not.
Now let's be clear, if you are a novice (like me) you may wade into semolina, many exercises are badly explained and photos do not help much. I had to ask a friend for advice and as explained in another review, all opinions differ on achieving certain exercises (burpee, squat thrust ...). The language does not help, only in English, sometimes making use of slang, all is not very obvious and is not accessible. Still, the zany personality (but very relevant) Bronson makes reading this delightful book and it analyzes the company without jargon. He also takes pleasure in detail the parts of the human body, it is not an encyclopedia but to start with the knowledge he gained will be invaluable. If you are overweight, do not take the wrong propros of the individual (which takes, but then, no tweezers) and see it as a motivation, that to market myself.
If you are willing to trust a con artist strand, get started. More importantly, if you're like me, in fear of leaving home in shame ridicule, lack of competence, psychological complex physical complex ... this book is a good start, quickly Bronson puts into confidence and we truly feels supported by his advice. The training is progressive and he says: If you are not able to hold the training, divide by two the task, but do it correctly.
Rigor and trust are the masters of word exercises that, once understood, require no special talent or gift. Everything is doable by a blockhead amateur. So no excuses and remember: this should be fun, have fun!
