some incompatible radios!

I bought this radio to listen to a South American radio channel in particular, and avoid using the day to a PC for cela.hors this cube only gives access to a radio list limitée.Le site has to ask to add the radio that you like, but after several attempts with no response I wrote to the manufacturer who told me that some internet radios are not compatible ... So this cube has no interest in my case.
The strangest thing is that the list includes a radio the same string that I want, except that it is for another part of the country, not to the capital, the one I need. therefore compatible with the regional channel in the chain, not with the main channel of capital ... Strange
