- The headset is in hard plastic, like ipod earphones, which is uncomfortable. Looking at the picture I thought it was rubber.
--Ear The term is a bit exaggerated because it does not block the ear canal completely - like the Shure SE210 jsh I bought from. But it is true that we are not in the same product range.
