Sony promises in this Quick vein 10 minutes of charging time - 60 minutes of talk time for kompartible models. The reason is that this charger instead of the standard 800 mA charger can charge with 1500 mA. My Xperia Pro is not (yet?) Not in the list of kompartiblen models, but is nevertheless charged much faster than the standard charger. It is somewhat more massive than the default device and will show with a piano black cover with Sony Enblem the upmarket status. The only downer is the almost four times higher price.
