The unit came back - after 3.5 weeks. Supposedly all the parts were exchanged - and the device was even worse than before. Even more bruises - even clearer Sichbar and the volume down button had no function. But final inspection passed. Call for SONY - I should send in the whole again. Call at W Support - same answer.
So back all with a deadline of 1 week - and the device was really in 5 days back. Joyfully I unpacked - and really - the display einwandtfrei - the volume down button works well .... I had w-support but wronged - mistakes happen everywhere ..
Noon made a video .... uiii the jerky but. Memory card out and stored on the internal memory. Jerking .... camera reset to Appeinstellungen. Jerky. Support call - install software again - still bucking.
So please send the phone again a - NO ...
Sony has no tolerance - do not want to replace the Monday device. w-support would repair the device again. Telekom also not exchanged.
I will not send the device and now bring me legal assistance. The lady from Sony was talking about fairness - I could not believe it. I want no grace but a decent phone for Decent money.
