I had totally looking forward when I heard many positive opinions on this monitor.
Unfortunately, I realized that either the 4K technology, or else I do not have as far.
At first I could only work with HDMI, what was clear to me

and HDMI also everything went pretty smooth, except being the 30Hz limit me a bit annoyed.
But then as the DP cable came, I could not believe my eyes,
hung the monitor to my G750JH, and all I saw was a black screen ....
Then a mouse cursor, which could not move, and then the monitor is turned off.
All well and good .. I have yet 3 months prior to the order of 4K monitor at ASUS requested,
where I was assured that the G750er devices DP 1.2 support, as long as one does not use Thunderbolt. (Actually logical)
(Sry has ansich nothing to do with the monitor, but this is the main reason why the monitor back again)
So I have to monitor my other Lapi hanged (MSI-GS70), has for the time being does.
Once in the apartment I connect the monitor to my R9 290 where he was immediately recognized. (DP)
After 5 minutes, it turns out, and I never get another picture.
Only after I finished it, and connected the old screen again, my PC was excited again.
So again the Samsung tuned -> radioed back.
Then I start the first games and applications and notice this completely mistaken ghosting ...
Then I could almost get away, as I have found the response time to "normal".
And then again a total failure.
Have finished him, and he goes back on Friday .. want me thus no longer busy.
To much money it may simply not be.
I will start to not be as common and therefore give 2 stars,
because I did not go to the problems on the ground.
What the subject 4k on 28Zoll As ...
I stand on it to get so much space in the tightest space
(Farms FULL HD on a 15 inch notebook)
but 4k on 28 "is too much, you do already difficult reading,
and if you then under Windows goes to 125 or 150% font size,
I can not properly use the Lapi again when I'm mobile times.
