Special Edition Wien

For the first opinion / description is actually not much to add. ;)
My friends and I have the game on the Games Messe Wien tried because it is so long is not yet on the market and other people one can not tell if it makes sense to buy the game or not.

Conclusion:
positive: - the big game field and its huge expansion possibilities
- The guide is once again super (and as Catan player has since then anyway no problems -> You must not cumbersome as, read into other extensions - to play in a very short time)
- A new prepaid card: Wine - I find very well done (new ideas to enrich the game)
- The one for the Swap (2: 1: 1, 3) has to build "just" a road
- The idea of ​​the sights (and that you have to have built it before, before you may pass - in "real" life you look at it even before you pass ^^) find ich super, the implementation is as stated below unfortunately little weak - and the airport they could really save
- On the back of interest-cards, information about respective built, I also find super

negative: - the playing field is somehow confusing - especially because the road way where you can build the roads are already defined and incorporated with ..
- You can not got cities (you can but sometimes other enhancements may not) build or other things (ships, knights ...) - as potential would have been!
- The kind of cheap workmanship of attractions (I would have expected more)
- It is not an extension, so a stand-alone game. - I see it as a kind of disadvantage, because you have a complete stand-alone game, the same basic things you during normal Catan also has (roads, settlements ..)
you could, for example, can also be knight / roadmaps so, in this game, it is called the "longest toll road" and "largest vigilante"
-> Then you could somehow can make an extension to the normal game
-> On the other hand one can also give this game, and does not require prior knowledge and no basic version Settlers of Catan :)

All in all I give the game still 4 Stars - because I also these settlers like it very much. One need not be too complicated things build on each train thinking (such as extension Cities & Knights)
It's a fast, nice settlers game - with a colorful field nearby, where you also can what to learn.
