I got the stick now one week in operation (on Windows 7 64bit) and can detect any problems.
My router (Fritz! Box 7460) is an area on, in an old building with thick walls ... connection works fine with 4 bar constant ...
However, when it comes to speed, the stick is not delivering what it promises. Maybe it is also due to my setup, but can not actually be ...
The router can send clear fixer far as I know, the drive promises 433MBit / s.
Theoretically I would have in a file transfer from my Nas (which is connected via cable to the router) to my PC around 54 MB / sec wars (433MBit / 8).
However, I never reach more than 20MB / sec. As I said, the AVM tool shows 433Mbit / s and 100% wireless connection ... Why is that? No Plan ...
I will now also bring me a TP-Link Archer T4U AC1200 and a look of so brings what (update follows then ...)
Since the two sticks are priced on par, this is so overpriced here significantly, should the TP-Link bring better performance!
Therefore, there are currently only 2 stars.
: UPDATE: Today tested for the first time with the TP-Link Archer showing good 750-800Mbit / s and copies with 30-40 MB / sec, which is significantly fixer than the Fritz stick, and for about the same price. ..
My recommendation to the TP-Link!
: UPDATE 2 (03/07/2015):
Ok, I have to revise my review and take 2 but awarded 4 stars.
I had the TP-Link now a few weeks in operation, actually no problem ... until I then started again to play a bit online. Diablo 3, for example ...
I could not explain it to me only but I was constantly just sudden DCs from the Game. And that, no, that was not just once fairly constant 1-2x per hour.
Diablo 3 is thereby unfortunately unplayable, as the game client more or less hangs and you possibly several minutes nothing can make up the game then continues or you will be thrown back to the login screen.
My first suspicion was my new graphics card, because what else I had not changed the system ...)
Then sound drivers and so on ... all tested and tried until ... oh yes, in front of the USB sticks Wlant I had a cable used, perhaps this is because ...
Said and done, the Fritz! WLAN stick reconnected, the TP-Link disabled ... and lo and behold, since I have no single DCs more in D3, connection is apparently 100% stable.
Thus I have the TP-Link stuck in the bin ...
A clear winner, the AVM Fritz! Stick.
