Should we infer that the USB 2.0 Verbatim brand would not be compatible with the USB 1.0 or extensions ??? I rather think Verbatim takes its customers for "noodles" and does not assume SaV its product ...
Note that this key, in spite of attempts to reformat with all findable generic tools for such operations (including those provided with the software suite troubleshooting "Hiren's Boot CD" for the experts), is very difficult even to format a USB 2.0 port.
Personally I think that despite my insistent requests Verbatim mails and did not want to do his job of SaV on my key; I can only formally advise that mark dropping its customers. So said, just for this bad experience I will never buy from Verbatim product.
