I have a 48 kg punching bag of the brand hammer mounted on the basement ceiling. Since I had read in some forums that are better compensated by a steel spring blows and it thus becomes quieter for my neighbors, I put me to these higher-priced steel spring of Bad Company. Except that has so changed the height of the punching bag, I can not detect any difference. The steel spring is truly massive, in my opinion, too massive for it absorbs anything away and I can imagine that you can attract more of a car or truck with her as it is suitable for a sandbag as described in the text.
