Unpacking / first impression:

First impression, the packaging is very elegant, simple black box with only the Nexus logo on it forward. Then I saw the Nexus 4 and thought to myself: Wow! A very nice smartphone.
A little considered and then quickly Micro-SIM in, ans charging cable and turned on. I really have to say, despite the smart phone 4.7 "very good in the hand. The glass (Gorilla Glass 2) on both sides makes it look very noble. The rear glass has a beautiful pattern, which in its natural form is not as strong as can be seen on the images. It's just right. The lettering looks Nexus to also very nifty. The smartphone is processed very valuable throughout, kudos to Google and LG.

As I said above already, the N4 is very well made. The glass on both sides is very high and the touchscreen reacts very fast.
In various forums, including Android-Help, one could mistake the N4s who some users read. I have none of these errors. What, however, I noticed, but no negative point, the volume tilt tab is slightly loose.

Property me the original Nexus 4 Bumper bought, I have to say, the volume rocker is no longer wobbles and the Bumper sees this also really chic.

On the device Android 4.2 pre-installed, an update to 4.2.1 came directly from the switch. I have to say, the software reacts super fast, yet no stuttering or pauses, but that should not be erwaten of one of the best quad-core processors as well;)
I think the changes as opposed to Android 4.1 I do not have here enumerate. That's all I can eigl. not saying it's all said.

Performance:

The quad-core CPU from the house Qualcomm does its job very well. No stuttering, pauses or else like I have noticed so far. Since I'm not a gamer and I'm not interested 3D shooter, I can not really tell what it. Dead Trigger example is the only game that I have and it runs solitary peak.
The browser, Chrome also runs very quickly. Surfing is really fun. At first I thought, surf the Internet, only makes sense on a tablet, because of the screen size, but this is not true in my opinion.
What has also struck me, but was also known to the back noticeably warm, but not hot !! hot or uncomfortably warm. But clearly, when the monster under the hood no wonder, generates a CPU heat and manifests itself and ultimately has to be dissipated. And because the back is made of glass, you realize this is faster or better than as plastic.

Now for my deeming best piece of N4s, the display. This solves with HD on, precisely 1280 * 768 pixels, which makes a pixel density of 320ppi. And these also make noticeable. It is crisp and the colors look natural. With a real comparison with AMOLED screens I can now not used, but it should be said, the colors are a bit pale, but is by no means on the display because LG produces excellent display, but because it is badly calibrated. Is it possible to eg play a different kernel noticeably improve;)
Videos or photos look very good. It's just fun to watch it, it could be all day long;)
Have the screen, low brightness (about 20-30%). I find the display is not bright enough to recognize both indoors and out, for my taste, enough. Mir is a brightness of more than 50% just too bright.

The battery pack with 2100 mAh holds for me, depending on use, one to one and a half days. I find this totally ok, since I already was used to from my old smartphone it. WiFi constantly on, mobile internet only occasionally. Look also very often on your mobile phone or use it.

The camera I would like to mention that, in my opinion, shoots pretty decent images for a camera phone. I particularly like the menu. This is not like in Samsung at the edges, but above the trigger, there is a semi-circle with the corresponding settings. Likewise, the new feature, Photosphere, where you can create images ála Street View. Although is not quite correct, in my example, one half of the cabinet has been omitted, but for now, and super to specify)
Below the screen sits a Notificatin LED. This I find looks real, much more beautiful, than as in video or in pictures. And I think that has something. It is not something shining, but lights up strongly in the middle and is paler towards the edge.

I am using the Nexus 4 still super happy, I'm really glad that I chose for this smartphone and not for the S3. While I can still do not understand why the process is not yet 100% sure and the system 1A is running (and that with a Google phone) but it's still a really great good smartphone!
