I just receive the item in good condition, though it is stated on the package there must be a product vial to clean. He was not in the box. Is this normal? I would come complete my review of its use after test.

After testing, it is my tile floors (some are smooth and other rustic) were thoroughly cleaned. we must not go too fast for the machine to wash correctly. For now, I am very satisfied.
