Then you always hear that one should use baby shampoo. From "financial reasons" I tried that.
Either I put myself too stupid or I always had the wrong shampoo, because my expensive brushes were clean with baby shampoo does not :-(
In Douglas told me a MAC saleswoman that she with the Da Vinci soap washes her "treasures".
So I bought the product and after the 1st application, I knew that my "nothing else comes into the house"!
The brushes are suuuuper clean, dry quickly (if you rinsed neat and pressed dry on the cloth), are super fluffy soft and not and when it is time to go with me, "fast" scrape, I blow dry the brush with medium heat to.
One of the previous speakers complained about the "stench".
All I can say: My MAC brush stank at the beginning of ALL! But that does not depend on the soap, but the natural product and declines over time. Who "the goat" dislike or even develop allergies, should switch to synthetic fiber brush. The smell of "NIX" ;-)
Another lady said, the brush would be stringy. The problem I had once. I - I speak only for myself - had the soap not properly washed with clean water. When something: just rinse again with clear water :-)
Conclusion:
Super clean brush, each time as new (especially with the bright MAC brush seen whether "clean or not clean").
The hair is super soft, the products take on super again and are always fresh, as NEW!
Even water-resistant eye shadow, eyeliner, kohl ... everything goes Ratz Fatz out ... and wennŽs times obstinately with the "remnants" ... just lather, leave shortly, currently make other brush clean and then rinse the "problem child" ! Works with me always !!! (But I speak, as I said just from me ... everyone has a different feel and a different idea of certain things / products).
The Smell:
The soap does not smell like "flowers" ... what I do not care. I value the cleanliness and if I could, I would personally awarded 10 ********** ;-) and the "lemon" ... is absolutely ok for me.
Therefore: "thoroughly recommended" for expensive brushes or collectors' items on which you want to last a lifetime.
I have now bought the same 3 large doses in stock, because I have 10 Bobbi Brown and 20 MAC brushes and for my "wash" (I collect the brush always 1 - 2 weeks, because I do not daily "brush-wash-wants" ) seems to me - as long as nothing is comparable or better, nothing else on my brush. (The soap, is very very economical and thus the best value for money has for me so far, also my "hair loss" has powder decreased rapidly brush in my Bobbi Brown, which means for me: The soap wont probably tidy But: Everything luckily "matter of taste" and only "because I think it's great what, do not have long to see others just as the". ;-)
