Basically, the baking tray does not look as dark as on the product image. It is light gray and fits well with our other baking sheets Miele. Sharp edges, I also could not determine - at least after the first use are still all fingers intact.
First use - it fits a complete package frozen fries on the plate. Without grease directly onto the plate the fries were super !! See pictures :-) before - after!
