The ball is an ideal ball seat at the desk as ergonomic seating. I decided with a height of 170 cm for the 75-cm-Ball (Size XL) as the recommended for my height ball size (65-cm diameter) was found to be unsuitable for ball seat. The ball deforms greatly after prolonged use, so that the diameter of the smaller ball after deformation was too small and I was too deep at the desk. When large ball this problem no longer occurs, I have not fully inflated him but so far, until he got the right one for me seat height. The distortion does not matter now more - looks just a bit ******* s from, but frankly it's yes to's ergonomic seats and as the appearance of no huge role :-). Goofy does look human on the seat ball anyway. I would recommend the ball fully. In addition, I also ordered the ball designed for this pump and this serves the work fully and quickly. For the pumping of the 75-cm-Balls requires less than 5 minutes.
