Super Battery, bad charger

I bought the item for my camcorder Panasonic HC-V500, a spare battery,
and the possibility of having to charge the battery externally. the battery is super, it is easily recognized by the camera,
it can be loaded easily into the camera, the capacity of the battery is ca.210 min. recording time,
he fits, does not wobble and is well made.

Now the charger, the first charger has to ca.60sec. the spirit given up, popped by.
the dealer told me then very quickly a new one sent the then walked, it was the battery not charged.

have the half-full battery 180 min. loaded, and then reinserted into the camera, no charge,
