The DVD is from the Monsters of Rock festival at Donington 80: Quality time accordingly, image better than the clay, selection ok, but Bonnett on vocals? You might prefer a concert with Ronnie James Dio (RIP) taken.
The most important, the 5 CDs:
Each divided into 2 years of band history.
Some tracks were taken from the original album, some have also markedly different mix.
To me are new recordings by the King Biscuit Flower Hour 1979 Hammersmith in 1981 and the recordings from Cardiff 1984th
The quality of the CDs has succeeded. Whether an improvement for 1999 is present in the original remastered titles I do not know to judge.
All in all a super box with new mixes, B-sides, live versions.
But I have to get rid of 2 Punke criticism.
How can a box a light in the black and call (for me one of the best of Rainbow) not it would be best with draufpacken .At been to bring the song him in a good live version.
But what is worse: Bent out of shape is fully represented, but a song is missing on this box:
KILL THE KING !! That's a No, a survey rainbows on 5 CDs and not Kill the King. (On the DVD he is on it, even if only hinted)
That's why 1 star deduction
