I have now been well four weeks of this great machine. You knew beforehand of an agency where I had worked. Therefore, a lot of choice on this machine. In the Agency, the machine ran for about two years every day to 30 cups of espresso without incident.

Per
- Easy to operate the machine
- Very reliable
- Visually appealing
- Easy to clean
- Small, compact and yet enough strength for a good espresso

Contra
- The only cons for me is that no major cups fit underneath. But it's now time an espresso machine and no coffee ....

Therefore strong buy recommendation. Just a great machine. I have my way, bought here on Amazon as "Warehouse Deals" and have not been disappointed. Yes a few scratches you had, but that bothers my espresso taste but very little.
