After the dismount, replace paste, and again top mount then the surprise: back perfect values. But this did again a few weeks and soon I noticed again slowly rising temperatures. Meanwhile, it is a bit warmer in the study, but the CPU temperatures are just too high to allow them to explain so. In the resting state to the 73 ° C, which are typically values that the CPU under full load all 6 cores in BurnIn after half an hour degree so scratch with newly-applied paste (usually as the 69 ° C). Normally the CPU is with new paste at 44 ° C idle temperature with me.
My guess at the moment is that the paste might (is perpendicular to the earth's center Motherboard quasi) by the vertical installation, the paste is downward. At first I could not really see dismantling a tendency and otherwise the paste looked quite well spread out. I will renew the paste again soon and possibly take pictures and watch the thing again.
