Even though I got my warranty number for the CD only by phone or by email (hence a point deduction), I'm still happy with this program. It will be the second time that I use it and am very glad I did not this time to enter everything all over again, but is taken over many things from the previous year. I actually have no idea of tax returns, so this program is very helpful. Absolute buy recommendation
