Bin this honey a few years ago - at a 'Australian Week' to local Olympics - 'encounters' and was impressed right away. Bin a long time 'Honey Fan'; one of my favorites was German heather honey, a time particularly of Corsican honey - with the scent of the local wild hedges (maquis) - the best of those I knew at that time; because wanton slashing and burning of land speculators, there was now less hedges, thus less honey, the high prices - or mixed with other honey! - Meanwhile, the 'leather wood honey', harvested by local bees in Tasmania from gorgeous-looking flowers, my absolute Nr. 1; very much hope that it available at a reasonable price a few more years! Is it in 'normal' and in 'Bio' quality - taste no difference - from dortigem' jungle ', partly nature reserve!
