The knife is very good! Fits comfortably in your hand, is extremely sharp and can be washed well. The remaining time will tell.
But what literally knocks me FEINZER is myself. I had the knife ordered about 2 weeks before Christmas and had just the concern that it will not come in time. So I wrote to FEINZER. The then told me that it possibly went to the lost mail and sent me immediately a second knife afterwards, bearing the words "If the first knife still reach you, send us back and get the return costs reimbursed."
That was before super.
Of course, the first knife but (also just in time) came on the same day on. The second just after New Year.
Yesterday I then put a return request on Amazon, which was today rejected by FEINZER. And for the following reason:
"... We are moving our warehouse, so the return is currently not possible. Please keep the second knife free ..."
So, in addition to very spacious, individual and super friendly customer service, this is the best order (sabwicklung) that I have ever experienced! I'm really excited! :)
