The lens is just fun. I use it both on the Sony SLT-A99, as well as on the Sony SLT-A77. Both cameras 'kick-ass' photos. The AF is indeed swift as an arrow, but sits at close range (34 cm) not always. Here I focus better manually. The photos are already at full aperture (F2.5) sharp from f4 really already frighteningly sharp. The color reproduction is on an absolutely brilliant level. The processing is spectacular rugged, almost "tank-like". Unfortunately, being dragged by a great weight with him. I would buy the lens at any time!
